The SK2000BB is designed to be a universal test set for the UH60 Blade De-Ice system. It allows the technician to perform voltage, current and resistance checks of the BDI System while it is operational and completely functional. Full access to all J324 and J325 signals are provided with convenient panel mounted test points.

The SK2000BDI is a portable test set based on the TMI-1520-237-23-11 appendix H Field Manufactured items list on FIG H-155. It is used by the technician to perform the AVIM tasks listed in TMI-1520-237-23-11 Paragraph 12-2-8.

The SK2000CRK, Composite Repair Kit is designed to facilitate Airframe and Rotor Blade composite repairs.

The SK2000FIT is designed to perform the Main Fuel Cell Pressure test in accordance with Paragraph 10-2-5 and 10-2-6 of the Blackhawk TM 1-1520-237-23-5 maintenance manual. The SK2000FIT uses local shop air or nitrogen pressure in conjunction with a precision pressure regulator to generate the required test pressure. A low-pressure digital manometer is then used to measure pressure decay as an indication of fuel cell leakage

The SK2000FIT-N is designed to perform the Main Fuel Cell Pressure test for the Seahawk.

The SK2000NT is designed to be a universal Nitrogen supply regulator for aerospace test applications. It is designed to accept full bottle pressure from a standard N2 cylinder at pressures up to 3,500 PSI.

The purpose of this Stabilator Position Sensor/Limit Switch, Test Unit is to perform the functional test requirements on the UH-60 Stabilator system as outlined in the operating and troubleshooting procedure task 2.1.1, TM 1-1520-237-23-2

The new HABCO SK2005HPU is a low cost stand-alone unit designed as an electrical and hydraulic power source for the SAS Nulling Fixture test set 4920-01-088-3225 per procedure TM 1-1520-237-23. It is portable replacement to a full sized hydraulic test stand or AGPU.

The SK4051TSU is a self contained Transmission Servicing Cart designed to filter and store gearbox lubrication oil during routine service procedures on a variety of rotary wing aircraft. A 25 foot hose with detachable dip tube is used to drain the fluid from the transmission into a 14 gallon holding reservoir. Once servicing is complete, oil is returned through the same hose assembly. A dessicant type water removal filter along with a 3 micron absolute particle filter is featured to remove contamination during both the drain and fill process. The cart is compatible with all Turbine Engine Lubricating Oils including MIL-L-23699 and MIL-L-7808

The purpose of the Heater Mat Resistance Test Set is to provide an accurate means of testing UH60 main rotor blade de-ice heater mat resistance in accordance with TM 1-1520-237-23-7 paragraph 12-2-5 and 12-2-8.

Habco Maintenance Crane Model SKMC1050 is an all purpose, rugged, high strength maintenance crane designed to lift a 1300 lbs payload to a height of up to 13 feet. The load can be rotated a full 360 degrees thus allowing ease of cargo loading and unloading.

The HABCO BMS6698 Blade Maintenance Test Fixture is designed to hold Helicopter Rotor Blades during manufacture and repair. It consists of two work holding stands which are positioned to hold the blades at the desired location.

The Habco Model RT1000 Damper Test Stand is designed for testing F4 aircraft rudder flutter dampers, P/N 305670-1 in accordance with T.O. 9H13-6-3. The test stand is designed to be semi-automated and will display the lissajou pattern of displacement vs. torque on a computer screen where in-phase torque can be directly read at each operating frequency.

The HAB23960 is a Universal Oil Flow Test Stand designed for component testing on Allied Signal T53, T55, TF-40, LF-502 and LF-507 engines. It features a temperature-controlled source of oil supply and includes digital instrumentation for the measurement of flow, temperature and pressure.
